The “LE TERRAZZE di MARIU” apartment is located in the city of Alghero and boasts two large terraces equipped for outdoor living. In the building, surrounded by a courtyard and beautiful greenery, there are 5 apartments. Yours, dear guests, is the only accommodation on the second floor, a splendid attic attic with all comforts. Practical and refined furnishings, fine wood furniture. You enter Le TERRAZZE di MARIU through an "ULIVO" living area, which leads to the "MIRTO" sleeping area and the two large spaces to be enjoyed in the open air. A beautiful bookcase, made of olive wood and glass, created to measure, introduces you to the living room, where you will find two comfortable sofas: one that can be transformed, if necessary, into a queen-sized bed and one into another possible single bed; a sliding door gives access to the expertly equipped kitchen. Before entering the room (with a double bed and a bunk bed), we find a hallway with a walk-in closet, in front of which is the bathroom, linear in its furnishings, with a walk-in shower and washing machine. It can accommodate max. 5 people. The apartment is equipped with everything you need including cookware and utensils. It has a television, microwave and dishwasher; on request also a high chair and cot or cot for babies and children up to 3 years old. Sheets and towels are included, but can be provided, upon request, by the guest. Outside you will find the two spacious terraces, expertly furnished, where it will be a pleasure to be in the open air: here you can play and distract young guests, eat, enjoy a glass of wine at sunset or simply soak up some sun, in privacy. We are waiting for you! Parking is available on the street, without a specific place, not far from the front door. Small pets are allowed, declared at the time of booking. Leave the stress of everyday life behind! Supermarket, bar, newsagent, pharmacy are right under the house. Other shops, restaurants and clubs are located in the center of Alghero, 600 meters / 1 km away. The beach of Lido di Alghero and its pine forests are 1.5 km or 5/7 minutes away by car and are the ideal place to have fun with the whole family.
