Castrum Romano Park La Crucca - Sassari

Horse Riding School - Turris Riding Club - Sassari
A few steps from Sassari there is the Circolo Ippico Turris, a riding school with a riding school that offers horseback riding or lessons in the saddle for younger children. It is located in a place surrounded by nature in the Porto Torres area. For the older and already experienced ones, there is also the possibility of taking a full day trip alternating horseback riding with Nordic walking.
Le Ragnatele Adventure Park - Alghero
For an alternative day to the beach and full of emotion, we recommend this adventure park, open on Sundays and holidays in the summer. It is a very good park even for not too young children, offering the opportunity to try their hand at adventurous routes with aerial passages between the trees, placed at various heights with suspended platforms, steel cables and Tibetan bridges.
Longonsardo Tower - Santa Teresa Gallura
Walking through the characteristic center of S.Teresa you arrive at the Spanish tower of Longosardo. The largest tower built by the Spanish in Sardinia dominates the natural port on one side and the Rena Bianca beach on the other. Climbing the external steps of the recently restored tower, the top is the ideal place to enjoy the 360° landscape.
Archaeological Area of Monte D'Accoddi - Sassari
Monte d'Accoddi is one of the most fascinating archaeological sites in Sardinia, located a few kilometers from Sassari. Dating back to the Neolithic, the complex is one of a kind in the Mediterranean for its monumental raised terrace structure, similar to a Mesopotamian ziggurat. An ancient religious and ceremonial centre, the site preserves evidence of cults linked to fertility and important preisotric finds, including menhirs, sacrificial altars and the remains of Neolithic villages. Immersed in an area rich in history and charm, Monte d'Accoddi offers an evocative journey into the most ancient origins of Sardinia. To reach the site from Sassari, it is necessary to travel along the former SS131 towards Porto Torres up to km 222.200, then following the tourist signs for Monte d'Accoddi and Bancali.
Monserrato Park - Sassari
Monserrato Park, on the outskirts of Sassari, is one of the most important historic gardens in the city and once represented a prestigious noble estate. Today, thanks to careful conservative restoration, the park retains its original charm with large green spaces, panoramic paths and a rich botanical variety. Among the most valuable species are monumental palms, citrus fruits, magnolias, holm oaks, cypresses and splendid specimens of Erythrina crista-galli from Brazil. The garden is characterized by elegant landscape perspectives, historic staircases and the suggestive Rane Pool, an iconic symbol of the park. The pedestrian entrance is located in Via Budapest, where an underground car park with 80 spaces is also available, completely integrated into the garden landscape.
