Pleasant three-room apartment, characterized by the different nuances of RED, in the center of the town of Santa Teresa Gallura, pearl of tourism in Northern Sardinia, which together with the LOFT Fronte Mare, is the other accommodation of "Maison CarMon", which boasts a view of the sea. From the external terrace, equipped with benches and a comfortable table, you can eat, taste our good wine and enjoy the rays of the sun until sunset. Looking downwards you will have a beautiful view of the well-kept garden of the property, while observing the panorama in front, in addition to the roofs of other houses you can see a priceless view of a strip of Rena Bianca and the small island of Municca. The accommodation, located on the 1st floor of the building, is accessible via a comfortable travertine staircase. At the entrance we immediately find the living area, with kitchenette, round table, possibly extendable and matching wooden chairs, equipped with everything essential and much, much more, in a modern style, with some references to local craftsmanship. The burners and the oven are brand new, the comfort of the kitchen is also completed by the very convenient microwave oven. On the right side, bathroom area with very large shower tray, cm. 120 with three shower heads, adjustable as desired, extractor and washing machine. You can access the sleeping area, via a pair of comfortable travertine steps and steel handrails: opposite "RED ROSSE", a large bedroom, with large wardrobe, dresser, double bed and also the possibility of using one or two more places, in a comfortable bunk bed, next to "GIRASOLE", another bedroom, of normal size, with a double bed plus a single bunk bed. Sheets and towels are included and can be provided on request. Parking is available on the street, without a specific place, or you can take advantage of the paid parking lots, not far from the house. Small pets are allowed, declared at the time of booking. We are waiting for you! Leave the stress of everyday life behind! Shops of all kinds, bars, restaurants, newsagent, pharmacy, beautician, florist are almost under the house. Various supermarkets, other shops, other typical and local restaurants are located, well located, all around the town. The renowned RENA BIANCA beach is easily reachable on foot, in less than 5 minutes. The winds characterize this renowned tourist center. When the Levante blows, it is preferable to take refuge in the coves to the west of Santa Reparata, or among the inlets of Mediterranean scrub and the white granites of Capo Testa, locations which are connected to the town center with dedicated buses, with frequent frequency, so that if you miss one... you can, shortly after, catch the next one; or reachable in a few minutes by car. To the south-west, up to the pine forest of Rena Maiore (8 km), there is a coastline of intimate coves with crystal clear waters that alternate with sand dunes worthy of a film script (last summer Walt Disney filmed "The Little Mermaid"). To the East, Cala Sambuco, Conca Verde and Valle dell'Erica are the other small paradises, where you only have the difficulty of choosing when the Ponente or the Mistral blows on the West coast. Dal terrazzino esterno, adibito con panche e comodo tavolo, potrete mangiare, gustare il nostro buon vino e godere dei raggi di sole fino al tramonto. Guardando all’ingiù avrete una bellissima visuale sul curatissimo giardino di proprietà, osservando il panorama di fronte, invece, oltre ai tetti di altre case si scorge una impagabile vista su un lembo di Rena Bianca e l’isoletta di Municca. L’alloggio, situato al 1° piano dell’immobile, è accessibile attraverso una comoda scala in travertino. All’ingresso troviamo subito la zona giorno, con angolo cucina, tavolo tondo, eventualmente allungabile e abbinate sedie in legno, attrezzata di tutto l’indispensabile e anche molto, molto di più, in stile moderno, con alcuni richiami all’artigianato locale. Nuovissimi i fuochi e il forno, il confort della cucina è completato anche dal comodissimo forno a microonde. Al lato destro, zona bagno con piatto doccia molto ampio, da cm. 120 con tre soffioni, direzionabili a piacere, aspiratore e lavatrice. Potete accedere alla zona notte, tramite un paio di comodi gradini in travertino e corrimano in acciaio: di fronte “ROSE ROSSE”, una grande camera da letto, con ampio armadio, comò, letto matrimoniale e anche la possibilità di usufruire di uno o due posti in più, in comodo letto a castello, a fianco “GIRASOLE”, un’altra camera da letto, di normale metratura, con un letto matrimoniale più un letto singolo a castello. Le lenzuola e gli asciugamani sono a parte e possono essere forniti su richiesta. Il parcheggio è disponibile in strada, senza posto preciso, o si può usufruire dei parcheggi a pagamento, poco distanti dalla casa. Sono ammessi animali domestici di piccola taglia, dichiarati al momento della prenotazione. Vi aspettiamo!  Lasciatevi alle spalle lo stress della vita quotidiana! Negozi di ogni genere, Bar, Ristoranti, Edicola, Farmacia, Estetista, Fiorista sono quasi sotto casa. Vari supermercati, altri negozi, altri ristoranti tipici e locali si trovano, ben dislocati, tutto attorno al paese. La rinomata spiaggia RENA BIANCA è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi, in meno di 5 min. I venti caratterizzano questo rinomato centro turistico. Quando tira il Levante, è preferibile rifugiarsi nelle cale ad Ovest di Santa Reparata, o tra le insenature di macchia mediterranea e i bianchi graniti di Capo Testa, location che sono collegate dal centro del paese con dei bus dedicati, con frequente cadenza, perché qualora se ne perda uno… si possa, poco dopo, prendere il prossimo; oppure raggiungibili in pochi minuti in macchina. A Sud-Ovest, fino alla pineta di Rena Maiore (8 Km.) si trova, poi, un litorale di intime calette di acque cristalline che si alternano a dune di sabbia degne della sceneggiatura di un film (l’estate scorsa la Walt Disney ha girato “La Sirenetta”). A Est, Cala Sambuco, Conca Verde e Valle dell’Erica, sono gli altri piccoli paradisi, nei quali si ha solo la difficoltà di scelta, quando tira il Ponente o il Maestrale nella costa Ovest. Va da sé che Santa Teresa Gallura, risulta con tutte queste opportunità di relax, il luogo ideale per divertirsi, sia in famiglia, che tra amici.
